Sentinel: a Tower variant

Here's a slight change... what do you think about Centinel for the name?

Wow, that's an obsolete word.  I believe it's spelt Sentinel these days.  I had to look that word up at http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/centinel

So this seems simple and genius.  As mentioned above it looks like all it needs are some rules and it could/should be good to go.  I don't mind doing that but I don't want to step on anyone's toes.

Just trying to get some of the old archived expansions done I've put chrallan's rules into the carcassonnecentral rules template.  Its such a simple expansion it doesn't look like much on the page but I think this is a great addition to the Tower.  Please offer edits, suggestions, corrections, etc...

It seems like there is real potentional for interaction and additinoal bonus points with the Black Tower fan made expansion here but having never played it (only having read the rules) I wouldn't feel qualified to define their interaction. One thing I know would need to be considered is the white tower pieces that cap off a tower and how that would interact here.  My thought is the centinal should only go to the tallest tower capped by a follower, versus the person who caps the tallest tower with a white piece.

Edit:

The correct spelling is "Centinel", but that's an obsolete word.  "Sentinel" is the proper English word these days.
Top of page: It still says "Put Title Here"
Could you also clarify if "every tower block" = "every tower" or "every tower piece"?
