Although it is hardly as rare as of the moment, and it is available from RGG, Hans im Glück, Spielbox, and included in the Big Box 2, I thought that this item requires its own watch page, a la Katharer Watch. Eventually, this specific edition of the Cult will disappear and no one will be able to obtain the wonderful pentagon "Spielbox" watermarks on the tiles. They do set this mini-expansion apart from the rest, even if the tiles are the same. That being said, here is the current place to obtain a copy from anywhere in the world:

Official Spielbox Order Form. It costs €5.00 for non-Spielbox subscribers. Shipping is €1.00 for within Germany, €2.00 for within Europe, and €3.00 for anywhere outside of Europe. Included is Carcassone: Die Kultstätten (The Cult), Stone Age: Die Neuen Hütten (The New Huts), and an Almanach of various Hans im Glück games (in German). This is the best method in and outside Europe for obtaining the official mini-expansion.

Other methods:
BGG: Carcassonne - The Cult (Ships worldwide from the United States, cost is $8.00 plus free shipping in US or plus $1.00 outside US. Does not include Almanach or New Huts)
BGG: Carcassonne - The Cult (Ships worldwide from Italy, cost is €12.95 plus an unspecified amount for shipping. Includes New Huts and maybe Almanach)

What watermarks does the BB2 have?

There are at least 3 versions:
Spielbox: Pentagon watermarks
RGG: No watermarks
HiG: Crown watermark
BB2: Huh?

From what I understand, the BB2 has crowns, but I'm not certain either. If they DO have crowns, do they also include the additional tile from Cult, Siege, and Creativity? On a similar note, does the Big Box 2 actually include the two blank tiles OR the Siege tiles, or is it a direct copy-over from King, Count & Consort? If they DO have a version of CSC with crowns on the Siege and 6th tile, well then I want myself a copy because I don't much like my CSC without those crowns!

I keep my BB2 set at work, so I can't confirm everything until Monday.  But here is what I know for sure off the top off my head.

BB2 uses Crowns on the Cult tiles.  There are no Siege tiles nor blank tiles.  All of the Crown tiles in my BB2 have the darkest colored backs of any of my sets.  Because of that I am designing a 4 stack bottom draw holder for game play.

Any other questions about BB2, feel free to ask and I will make sure to answer Monday.

How many Cult tiles are there in BB2?  I'm guessing 5?

I'd like to know that too. It sounds like the BB2 has the HiG version of King, Count, and Consort and not the RGG version, even though RGG makes BB2. Rather odd, I think, that Jay never decided to compile all the expansions and just release KC&C into the US market. I mean, I'd probably buy it (not now, but back when before we knew Jay was taking a different approach to KC&C).

That being said, we do know that:

The Kultstätter = 5 tiles (pentagon watermarks)
King, Count, & Consort = 5 tiles (crown watermarks)
Cult, Siege, & Creativity = 6 tiles (no watermarks)
Big Box 2 = ? tiles (crown watermarks)

The fact that BB2 doesn't come with the Siege tiles or the 2 blank tiles makes the entire box seem rather silly since players not only have to buy The Tower *cough* and The Catapult *cough*, but CS&C as well! So ridiculous. I doubt they include the 6th tile. Oh, and not including River I is just dumb since it is ONLY AVAILABLE in the US or Europe via the included copy in the base game. There is no other means to get it except exploiters on eBay or buying a separate base set. Just my thoughts.

So our fears are realized. Jay didn't include any aspect of his Cult, Siege, & Creativity expansion in the new BB2, he just left it the way HiG had it. In other words, everyone who has BB2 needs to add CS&C to their list of expansions needed for a complete set. You're missing the Siege/Cathar tiles and a Shrine. On the plus side, you now own a HiG exclusive expansion that was never released in the US (King, Count & Consort).

Sorry I didn't post this yesterday.  Didn't get near my scanner till today.

These are the two pages of all the tiles that came with BB2.  Hopefully this should answer any remaining questions.

I believe that the cult/shrine tile that is included in the CS&C, but not in the BB2 is a CRFR tile.
