On Fair Play you could get the Big Box 2, GQ11 mini-expansion, River 1 & 2, Bridges, Catapults, CS&C, Tower, and WoF for $116.37.  If you have another interest that could get you over $125, you'll get free shipping.  That would be everything currently available.  If you wait a few months, RGG is releasing Tunnels & Crop Circles together in another mini-expansion.
