Tiles:

Would it be possible to add a few more bushes around your junction? The rest of the tiles are fine.

Rules:

"Beauty" is rather pointless, why have a chance at moving the fairy, when instead of placing a follower in the first place you could have moved the fairy then...

"Tornado" is a bit too powerful, after all, a lot of tiles have a road and city segment, and destroying a barn would cause a loss of many points...

The tiles do not (to me) seem necessary for the rules, so would it be possible to maybe have the tiles only as "more wells" and the rules as "wishing wells"? IMHO it would be a bit simpler...

I have a few questions/comments about the rules.  I noticed under "Beauty" that it says a success depends on drawing a tile with a knight icon.  I don't recall there being a knight icon in that expansion.  I'm not sure what you're referring to.

I don't think I've seen the Inns and Stable Owners expansion.  Is that on the fan-made list somewhere or does it have a different name?

This might be only my opinion, but in #3 Score a Complete Road, I think it should read; " and determine if it succeeds."  Maybe even "then determine."

Typo in Freedom Success Action: should change returned to return.

2 typos in the first sentence under the table: "If the success condition is not met, the well-wisher is returned to its owner’s supply and scores no points."

I like the Tornado wish, but I agree that it is too costly to the victim considering the odds of drawing that tile.  I'd be more inclined to go with a tile that was a little less common.  Perhaps a specific pattern like FRFR or FFFx or something like that.

Would you (or how might you) combine this expansion with The Kids are Growing Up?  Would you use the same two meeples, or make it a total of four small meeples?

I don't know why, but I always find it amusing to see The Kings English written (rumour, colour).  I usually thinks it's wrong at first glance.   I guess that proves I'm a Yankee!  King

 Well done Gentlemen!   Grin

Inn and Stable owners is a fan-made expansion, but it hasn't been fully finished yet, I don't think...
a knight icon is the blue and white shield on some city tiles (in just about all expansions, and the base game!)

Also, about inn and stable owners, does each person get ANOTHER two little meeples to keep separate, or are those two 'included' in I&So?

The meeple count is on the rise!  Can you imagine playing a lot of the fan-made expansions (like Tax Collectors, Bishops, Trading Posts, etc) together with all the official ones?  One could have quite the large pile of wood in front of them!

Possible, but a bit pointless I think, since it's just for beauty's sake.  I'll leave it as it is.

"Beauty" is rather pointless, why have a chance at moving the fairy, when instead of placing a follower in the first place you could have moved the fairy then...
Because you may want to move the fairy during your opponent's turn?

"Tornado" is a bit too powerful, after all, a lot of tiles have a road and city segment, and destroying a barn would cause a loss of many points...
Maybe the success condition should be increased then.

The tiles do not (to me) seem necessary for the rules
Well, I beg to differ, as I think it would definately need more wells for the Wishing Wells rules to work.  It needed at least 12 tiles and I'm just piggy-backing on your tiles.  However, if you are playing with the tiles but do not want to play with the rules of wishing wells (or any other fan made expansion, for that matter), I think that is perfectly OK.  If you do feel strongly about separating the expansions, then I will do so, but I'll have to make 12 tiles with wells for Wishing Wells so it'll delay this expansion (and all others in the queue behind it).  I was hoping I could piggy-back to save the time to develop this expansion.

I don't recall there being a knight icon in that expansion.
I think I mean the princess icon.

I have no idea why I call it the knight (that's my name for that icon).  I will update the rules in the next update.

I don't think I've seen the Inns and Stable Owners expansion.
Check the expansions under development thread as meepleater said.

Typos noted, and will updated next.

Would you (or how might you) combine this expansion with The Kids are Growing Up?
I think that expansion is extremely broken (it's a bit too powerful) and will be staying away from it.  It's up to the players how they would want to combine that with this (and with Inns and Stable Owners).  This expansion has been designed to be played together with Inns and Stable Owners.

The meeple count is on the rise!
Not rising as fast as the tile count.

Excellent work - I haven't read the rules through yet but the tiles look great.

"Player returns the well-wisher to hand and may
choose a barn belonging to another player. The
owner of the barn scores all points for the barn
as if it was the end of the game, and then
returns the bardn to his or her supply"

Much better... oh, you might want to remind people in the rules that wells still give the roads an additional point (two for a road with an inn, as in the first wells expansion)

EDIT:When this is finished, and you have done some others' expansions Novelty, I have an idea for a 12 tile no rule expansion, sort of like tributaries/ woodlands but with tithe barns, wells, breweries etc. (maybe a few others such as outposts or gold mines if I can get permission?

OK, correction made.  I'm gonna call this done and put it in public downloads.  It has its own section now since it's an expansion to an expansion.  I tried putting in the reminder, but it was messing up the formatting (the table is too huge) so I left it out (also, you can play with Wishing Wells, but not Wells, so I guess the Wells rules does not count in that instance...)

Start a new thread with the expansion name for the new expansion and I'll slot it into the queue.  You may use any of the elements in my expansions to create your tiles.  Do the usual thing - define the tiles for me to make and when I get around to it, I'll create the tiles.  If you do want specific arrangements (e.g. like the tile from I&C) please make that note, otherwise, I'd be using my self-made images (like the T-junction in this expansion) which will look funny to you.  Oh and if you want a watermark, as usual, you'll have to supply the image.

Edit: Merit point given.  Good job A.
