Tuck Boxes for Mathguy89 tiles

I'm testing the waters a bit here - and I'm not sure if this is allowable - But I've tweaked one of henry's tuckboxes to make a home for my Mathguy89 tiles.
I've made a few changes in artwork as well as added flaps to the box at the opening. 

Credit is given to mathguy, Novelty and henry on the back of the box.

I was thinking about making boxes for the fan-made expansions mathguy2008 and mathguygamma as well.....all these custom tiles need a home too!

Can I please get some feedback on this idea and any copyright (?) or other issues?

Looks good.  What card did you print the box on?  You might want to start a new thread for your own tuckboxes so that you aren't stealing someone else's thunder

Chris, my advice is that you can't go wrong by contacting the author of any material and asking permission to use/modify/extend his or her work. Most people are fairly good about such things.

Sorry for the thread-jacking     ....the thread seemed to digress a bit into lots of box ideas and I got caught up in the idea!
If a MOD would be so kind as to move my post to a new thread I would appreciate it.

I used cover stock card (67lb-148g/m2) which is the same I use to make Papercraft.  It's easy to work with, strong, holds it's shape well and isn't very expensive (I think it was about $12cdn at Staples for 250sheets).

I'll contact Henry to see if he's ok with me tweeking his work before I make or post any other boxes.

UPDATE:  I've spoken with Tom (henrysunset) and he has given me permission to use his tuckboxes as I please.  Nice guy!

If anyone else would like some custom tuckboxes made, let me know!

Sure!  I just finished the 3 Mathguy tuck boxes last night actually and I should be able to do the Perky Dragon one this weekend.  I'll email them to you.
