2nd Anniversary Contest Thread

March 1, 2009 is Carcassonne Central's 2nd Anniversary, and we are giving away some prizes in celebration! The contest would simply pick random members out of any who post throughout the month of March 2009, and award prizes.  The timing of the contest is as per board timezone, which should be GMT-8. (Site staff are not permitted entries in the contest.) No need to post multiple times, only one contest entry per person is allowed no matter how many times you post. Please reply to this thread for your contest entry!

First Prize

One Carcassonne box donated by CarcassonneBox.com. The box has solid hinges and clasps and a laser burned logo in the lid. It measures 40cm x 30cm x 10cm.



Second Prize

One Carcassonne New World game donated by Strategies Games in Vancouver, Canada.



Third Prizes

At least two prizes (yet to be determined) from MeeplePeople.com, donated by Carcassonne Central.



And finally, two copies of GQ#11 donated by Carcassonne Central.



But wait, there's more!  Member and author Joff has kindly donated "a set of my early prototype Black Tower pieces"! Thank you Joff!

Been playing Carcassonne for ages now, so long in fact that I don't have 'The River'. Thought I could do without it didn't I. Thought it would be OK not to have it - I could always pick it up later.   Anyway, this looks like my best chance of getting hold of it  (without actually spending any money).
