Thanks.  I wish I had found these before.  It would have saved a lot of work.
I sent the author of those files asking him if I could make them available here too.  No reply so far.

Neebah, would you mind if I made your files available for public download at http://www.carcassonnecentral.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=47&Itemid=60 ?  I would say that you made them of course.

Apologies for the double post, but you can also get henry sunset's tuckboxes at

http://boardgamegeek.com/file/info/31131

I'll second that. His tuckboxes are excellent.

After having all the boxes of expansions around for  oooh about 28 days after we bought the game. I decided I wanted everything in in one neat package. I saw the Carcassonne box in one shop at about $140 (Aussie dollars) far too much I thought.

Today I bought a wooden Art/paint Box with two layers in it. I used the top layer for Tiles  and have stored all the expansions and currently have room for about another 200 tiles.  The bottom layer stores all the meeples and extras.

The box could be improved upon by rearranging some of the compartments but for the moment it will do.

I have also been using Henry Sunsets tuckboxes but after the arrival of the wonderful wax printer (that my girlfriend has got) I got slightly annoyed that they don't have the correct depth.
So now I have re-done the boxes for all expansions and also all fan-made expansions that I like.
So my Carcassonne Deluxe Storage Box:

is almost full of tiles/tileboxes now (and some tokens).
I have been forced to put all the meeples in another box.
There are plenty of meeples now as well.

I'm also designing my own tuckboxes, but since I tend to be a perfectionist I haven't gotten very far yet. Only the base set is finished, and I have the basic shape and colors for all the others. I still need to add the graphics and do tile scans, and all that will take some time.

Here's a preview of the base set boxes (36 tiles each); if anyone is interested I can provide the larger files for printing at 300 dpi. The writing is all in German though! Wink

Oooh, like something that would fit perfectly on top in the space for the scoreboard that could hold all the remaining sets (A&M, CS&C, Catapult, Katharer, KingCount&Consort [or everything it includes], River I, and GQ11). That would be so awesome! Currently, I just store everything in the tower, but then I have to remove the pieces from the tower each time I play the game.

If someone is designing boxes, one to hold both seige and cathar (8 tiles), it would be useful...

Actually I was thinking about something like this, just way bigger.

I used this one for a while but with all the expansions I outgrew it.  A big box version of this would suffice.  Smiley

I agree with the Big Box idea.  I don't know about the first one, but #2 is a huge box.  I have little doubt that you could fit all existing tiles in it and all your meeples, (assuming you use more than one layer).
