For Christmas, I received Abbey & Mayor and The Princess and the Dragon from my parents.  The first chance I got, I played a 4 player game with A&M, the base game and I&C.  I really really enjoyed A&M; the new tiles are all quite nice, the mayor is really fun to use to try and steal cities from fellow players, the wagon is really powerful as we discovered as the game progressed and the barn is AMAZING.

I think when introducing this game to new players, I am going to introduce to them A&M first before T&B since I found it seems to create a much more rich gaming experience.

Yes, but T&B has easier rules and that's inportant when presenting it to new players. Take my advise. That's my experience. I understand that you like A&M better, but if I were you I wouldn't be let driven by that fact. That's my experience. But that's just my advice.
