It corresponds to the number of posts you have made on the forums.
Newbie - 0 thru 19 Jr. Member - 20 thru 99 Full Member - 100 and above
There's a couple of special ranks too: Founding Member - someone who has been a member since this site was created. Authors - people who develops variants Administrator - the people that run the show around here

What are the practical differences between a Newbie, Jr. Member and Full Member?

Yes, it's just a title. It just tells you how many posts you have made.

And how do people become (apply for) administrator? The short answer is: you don't. The longer answer is that Gantry and mjharper are the only two administrators of this forum. And while it might not be entierly true in every aspect you can view them both as owner of this site as a whole.

Oh! - Well, that is rather different. If Gantry or mjharper would want more moderators I am sure they will tell someone

I think for the amount of traffic that we usually have, there are enough mods. Besides, the mods here are quick and efficient (just send one of them a PM and they will respond rather quickly!) and friendly to boot

Friendly Cant have been me then Novelty Yeah I think at the moment and the way everyone on here tends to play by the rules no more Mods would be required at the moment. We dont tend to post much just lurk in the background and keep an eye open.

Friendly Cant have been me then Novelty Well, you're no Friendly Neighbourhood Spiderman, that's for sure Still, the forums are functioning and there haven't been that many distractions lately, and I guess that's all due to the mods... or maybe it's the lack of traffic.
