The game is "published" (online) by JeuxParJe.  The game can be downloaded from http://jeuxparje.free.fr/Telechargement/Regle%20mur%20de%20pierres.rar for free.  I think http://jeuxparje.free.fr/Jeux%20Carcassonne%202.htm is the page for the game, but I'm not too sure... the whole site is in french!  The downloads page at http://jeuxparje.free.fr/Telechargement.htm lists 3 files for download.

Thanks Novelty! I'll run it through a translator later today and see if I can get any sense from it - I don't think we have any French members here. I gave up French early on at school as I decided I'd never need it!!!! Ooops!
