Hi, grinding thoughts surounding my twisted psychopath mind...

1- In the Cathars, Why on earth the ruling of escaping a city with a adjacent cloister is for??
seriously, i don't mind that the city worth 1 point less(spitting me off BUT...) i'm making some points anyway. shall a player let go a 15 points city instead of a 30 points city??? not sure(what's your theory on it???)

--> like i see in a previous post, i think it's Canada Steve who was advancing that a "knight in a besieged city" that a knight shall or should NOT escape this partcular city when scored.  this was not a fool idea but decline by RGG/HiG... This particular point MAY gives the worthly cause to the ruling. But, here is NOT a complaint or a blame predending that the game is unbalanced neither errors in the "rules".

2- In the RIVER "I" rules, i see this particular phrase(that does NOT appears in the River "II") so here it is... "The original starting tile can either be mixed into the stack of river tiles, or placed as soon as the river has been completed, and is treated like a normal tile."  This is not really a question but... this is really an official application?
IF, we mix it in the other river tiles, is there MAY be have some confusions?? if placed at the end of the river, who place the lake, who place the original starting tile???

thx!

1. In a city large enough that some uncaring soul would play a Cathar tile, there is a good chance that more than one player has meeples in it, so this would give them an opportunity to recover their meeple(s) sooner than later. Or perhaps in situations where you know the city will never be finished and want your meeple(s) back because you ran out?

2. Yes, one option is to mix the OST into the stack of river tiles. There are no issues with playing this tile at any time because it has one side with grass/farm/field. If you, instead, decide to play the OST after the lake, the rules are not entirely clear if the placement of the lake tile is considered to be a person's turn, or whether it occurs in between turns. Other options for the OST include leaving it out of the game entirely (as per the Count rules) or mixing it in with the other land tiles (not an official recommendation).
