@Joff: so you still score 4 points for a complete city at the end of the game(5 with lovely piggy)?

No, as I use 3rd edition scoring, I score 3 points per complete city at game end (4 points with the pig) for farmers, and 4 points per complete city with barn Smiley

13 man on the field IS a penalty!!!!!(10 yards, automatic 1st down)

A match can never be ended on a defensive penalty!!!

Sorry if I'm asking the same question that has already been answered before but I have a question about the barn. Here's the situation: blue and yellow have a barn in a field feeding a city and yellow also has a farmer on the other side of the city (obviously in another field). At the end of the game, does yellow collect points for that city twice, or do the barns act as farmers at the end of the game... in which case yellow would beat blue 2-1?

Chrallan, depends on which rules you are playing.  Since you have barns, I'll assume that you are playing with the 3rd edition rules, in which case, you consider the fields and not the city.  In this case, yellow collects points for the farmer on the other side of the city.  Each barn scores for the city as well.  So to answer your question, yellow collect points for that city twice.

Bah. That seems so weird. Thanks though.

I have the 2nd version for everything except Abbey and Mayor (obviously) and we still score 4pts for each farmer except when a barn is placed, then they only get 3 (which gives the barn more power).

Doesn't that then give the barn less power (compared to farmers) at the end of the game?  If so, it is for that reason that why the 3rd edition rules should be adopted (for all expansions) when playing Abbey and Mayor.
