"In addition to Carcassonne: Abbey & Mayor, coming out at Essen from Hans im Glück and Rio Grande, yet another Carcassonne expansion lies in wait. Adam Spielt lists a package deal of the basic Carcassonne game with a sixth expansion that’s subtited Graf, König und Konsorten. Since “Graf” is “Count” and “König” is “King,” this seems like a compilation of previous small releases, specifically the Count of Carcassonne and the King half of the King/Scout small box. Consorts are a new part of the tiled puzzle, though, so we’ll have to wait for more details on them. Since the release date is listed as November, the wait won’t be too long."

Q: After Carcassonne: Abbey and Mayor, there is apparently another Carcassonne expansion on the horizon. Adam Spielt lists a sixth expansion called Count, King and Consort that will be bundled with the main game. Is Rio Grande releasing this expansion in English? If so, can you tell us about the Consorts? (I presume that the Count and King refer to earlier Carc expansions.)

A: The 6th expansion is a combination of the small boxed expansions I have done. I understand it will also have a few new tiles, which I will make available somehow.

So, all the small ones in a box - with a few new tiles? That's bloody rude!

It's about time we got an expansion with something substantial, like new rules, tiles, meeples and two cases of Carcassonne Lager

No dont want any Carc Lager, after all you may get a hangover, but they wont tell you how bad it will be and when you will get it.
