I didn't recognize any CC expansions from what I looked at, but I could be mistaken.  Also, most of what I saw from him had a copywrite symbol on it.  If they are CC expansions, that could be an issue.  He's not listed as a member, not with that name anyway.  We should keep an eye on it.

I could be mistaken on whether they are CC or not. I thought I recognized the smoke gray city tiles from something here.

Those are not CC tiles.  They have been referenced here, but I've seen them on BGG.
