Ok guys it has been mentioned to me by concerned CC'ers that Noveltey has been very quiet of late on here, a strange phenomenon indeed !! So keep an eye out for him I know he is alive as he keeps sending me farm town gifts......  |

Several days ago I PMed him and got this reply a few days later: Hi, sorry, I'm a bit tied up with other things at the moment. I'll take a look at the LotR tiles when I get the time, and in the order I have listed on the "in development" list. Sorry again for the delay.

He sent me a message a while back stating roughly the same thing, that he's busy with other projects right now. He did say he is watching some of the threads when he told me that, so I guess he is watching some of the conversations here. Hopefully he'll come back soon. We'll need someone to help organize a proposal for the CarcCentral expansion and he has a lot of experience making tiles and rules.
