Well, BGG does have a policy of only listing published games and expansions.  Fan-made stuff are usually not listed there.  However, after this incident, I wonder if the guys approving the new game pages are even fans of Carcassonne... oh well, there's always this site!  Maybe I will create a Variants guide or something like that somewhere on these forums.

these are quite nice expansions ! i played all three of them already and like them !!!

plays with all official expansions + Gold Mines,Jousting tournament, Lavendar fields, Forests (partial), The orders of Chivalry, In the stocks, The gallows, archery tournament, the outpost, apothecaries and tithes, wells, wheatfields, grim reaple, Market commons and a lot of other german expansions.
