Well, it might take you a little while, but you can find what you're looking for HERE in the CAR (Completely Annotated Rules) by Matthew Harper.

I'll try to give you short answers if it will help.

Cult - Works exactly like the cloister.  However, if it is placed next to a cloister (or vise versa) a challenge ensues.  The first one to complete their feature gets their points.  The other gets nothing.

Siege is a little more involved, you should look that one up.

The Count of Carcassonne (Graf) - 12 new starting tiles with the city of Carcassonne represented.  These rules are also rather involved and you should try to read them for yourself.

King (konig) - This set included 5 new land tiles with no special purpose.  1 King tile and 1 Robber Baron tile.  The first person to complete a city receives the King tile.  Afterwards, any player who completes a larger city takes the King.  At the end of the game, the player holding the King tile (the player who actually completed the largest city) earns 1 point for every completed city on the board.  The rules are identical for the Robber Baron, only they pertain to roads.

Consort (konsorten) - I believe contains only the River II, but I might be mistaken.  The River II is played just like the river, but with a few new tiles.  It can also be played together with The River.  There is a pig farm tile that is used on farms and may come into play with the siege tiles as well.

Creativity - two blank tiles you can make into whatever you want.  There are lots of ideas floating around.  If you'd like, take a look at the public downloads HERE for some ideas.

'Consort' I believe is the Cult, not the River 2...

It looks like we're both right.  According to Wikipedia anyway...  The consort portion of the set includes both the River II and the Cult.  After thinking about it, I remembered both of them are included in the Big Box 2.  I think I was confused because I got the Cult, Siege, and Creativity on the same day.
