Hi.  I had a question regarding whether a tower piece can be used to remove a follower from Carcassonne City?  I think the answer has to be "No" based on the same logic regarding the dragon...that since a follower isn't unambiguously on a tile the dragon can't eat them.  I assume the same logic applies to the tower (since the follower in the city of carcassone is really in a quadrant as opposed to a single tile).  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You would be correct... and the same goes for the 'knock out' and 'seduction' tokens with the catapult...

since the CC is safe from the dragon, it is logic to pretend that the tower and the catapult is void.

i see a post where the question has been asked, wonder what is the final answer from RGG/HiG.
