Happy Chinese New Year to you too Maulei.  I'll wait for a week or so for comments to the rules.  If there are none, I'll put it up on the public downloads.

BTW, are the heritage tokens are removed once they are used, like the normal treasure chests/keys?

Yes, the heritage tokens are removed once they are used.  The reason to introduce heritage token is to increase the rate of opening treasure chests.
