One of this days when checking my mail, an idea just came up:
It would be great that this forum should distribute a newsletter to any member that would subscribe it.
What could be on it?
Well...
-The latestest FAQ's on the game.
-The lattest news.
-Member of the week (or/and month).
-Statistics.
-One interessting playing experience like in SESSION section.
-Suggestion box.
-Member presentation.
-Links to: latest downloads and other new Carc related sites.
-One fan-made expansion presentation.
-Letter from a reader.
-Proposals on new "expansions".
-Quizzes.
-Contests.
-(...)

I know most of this stuff is already on the forum, but it was a way of concentrating the newer stuff on one place.
This was just a dream. Like Martin Luther King.

The forums have a built-in newsletter feature that enables us to contact members, or subgroups thereof. Have considered it. There is an opt-out feature in everyone's forum profile. It would probably generate a bit more return traffic.
