i get this message "You can not view the staff list." ... well i cant see the button either but i added "staff" to the link instead of "help" for example ... resulting in this message, missing rights i think ...

That's right, it is supposed to list staff members for the convenience of all board members, so you can see who volunteers to do what. Now if only they had a description field I could add.
