I will be starting a new job next Wednesday

It's Thursday morning for you.  So how was the new job?  Did you get hazed?  Do you have to wear a tie?

Hopefully the moderators will not be too upset with going off-topic here...

On my first day there was a sign right inside the door welcoming me which was a nice touch. Everybody is very nice there; no hazing. No, I don't have to wear a tie; I dress business casual with the exception of my steel-toe boots which are required on the production floor. Until the end of the month I am in training on the production floor learning everyone's job so that I can have a good understanding of everything when I start working in the office.
