Guys Im having a blond moment  Huh? Can anyone confirm if there is a city centre tile CCCC with no shield. I was sure I had seen one but cannot find one for the life of me.

No city centre with zero shields, but there's one in A&M with two shields. Hooray for the Consolidated Tile Reference!

Looks like there may be a city tile without a shield in the new catapult expansion. On the back of the box it looks there is one

This app is originally designed for PocketPC with a small screen, therefore the tile size and screen layout maybe a bit too small on desktop.

When I am having my long vacation, I may spend some time to update it.
