need translation for words on brettspielwelt

I just started playing Carcassonne online on the BrettspielWelt site. I know you can play with the expansions but since I dont read or speak german and the german translation site doesnt translate these words so I dont know what they mean!

here are the words under the game menu that I know means the expansions but not sure which ones.

Koenig

do any of you guys play on that site? I find it quite hard to get into a game and actually start playing. I am not sure what the heck i am doing most of the time as it is not the easiest software to use. half the time i try to join a game and i get kicked or they reset it and tell me to get out. I spent 15 minutes earlier trying to find a game and then I finally convinced 2 people to let me play 3..

I also tried to host my own game but nobody ever comes in and plays

The game is called 'Toulouse' (a Carcassonne clone). It's not bad, but it does use the 1st edition scoring as opposed to the 3rd edition. There always seems plenty of people to join in a game with and it's in English
