After chatting with Carcking, it seems you need an author badge to upload files to the Downloads page.  I can just post a mediafire link for my Origins expansion for now, unless you have an extra Author badge laying around...

When somebody who is not an Author uploads a file, it is put into a moderation queue. We do this so that random visitors can't upload whatever they want, only trusted people. I've added all three of you to the Authors group, and I approved your file Amorpheus. Now that you are in the Authors group, your files will be made available automatically.
