I'm posting this primarily for the newer members.  They are quite simple to add to a game and I don't think it's too hard to get the gyst of either of them.  I'm interested to know what you think of them.

The Missionary was the first expansion I made.  I started out thinking about expansions that wouldn't require new tiles since I'm not good at graphic arts.  I love this expansion and I use it almost every time.  Check it out and let me know what you think.  The Missionary

The King's Gate was originally my wife's idea.  We were thinking of ideas to use with our two Creativity tiles (incidentally, that's how I came across this site in the first place).  This was an early idea that I decided to do something with.  It went through some overhauling with the help of several people and the great artistic prowess of JPutt927.  I also use this just about every time and have given away about 5 or 6 sets of it to friends/family who play.  Here is the thread for The King's Gate.

I can not take any credit for Shepherds, but the one hosted here is a redo of Kevin Graham's Sheep and Shepherds found on BGG.  It was the fourth of his expansions to make their way here.  I tweeked the rules a little bit and made all the pieces.  It was tedious, but well worth it.  I really enjoy playing it, but don't get to do so very often because I find that most of my games are teaching new players.  It uses an interesting twist on a familiar game mechanic that works really well and is fun to play.  Give it a look HERE.

CKorfmann,

Just looked at The King's Gate (after having to search a bit to find the final PDFs) and really like the mechanic.

I will put it on my "to make" list.  Are there any quirks you discovered in playing with the expansion since you crafted the rules?

Cheers,

Not really, it plays pretty straightforward.  I like it a lot.  It can be a pain if you're playing a large game.  Inevitably, the first one come early and the second late, but it is still interesting.  It's fun to snipe a big city with it too.   Wink

Do uno sguardo a tutto, se riesco a comprendere le regole, non sono molto bravo con l'inglese, prometto che appena ho finito di testare le espansioni che ho fatto li provo.

I glanced at all, if I can understand the rules, are not very good at English, I promise that as soon as I finished testing the expansions that I made them feel.
