A) Wow, yes, never seen that.  I've had a couple of two-way ties, but not three.
B) Where are you playing that at?

This is from the website AsoBrain.  They have a knockoff version of Carc and Catan there as well as a few others.  They only have the first two expansions for Carc.  It's pretty decent.  Last I knew, they weren't accepting new memberships at this time though.
