a chat with meeplesource How did you do that? I can't seem to find that option. They used to offer us a discount, but it appears as though they don't anymore. I emailed them to ask them about it. I also asked them if they'd be willing to carry meeples from spin-offs and other games. It would help our expansion efforts!  I'll let you know what they say. |

An answer about discounts. Disappointing... Chris,
That isn't the case. Using the banner ad (part of the old affiliate program) gave the group a small amount of the sales back in a gift certificate. We discontinued that program due to poor participation and extremely low sales of the few groups that did participate. At no point did a coupon code exist for a straight discount on our site. I'm sorry.

I also agree that sales would have been better if stock was better. I must have checked the site a few hundred times and not purchase anything because it was out of stock. Ex. White builder...
But it looks like they are back in business mostly. I would like to see support for other games as well.

They came today. I'll try to post a picture soon. I asked them if they'd be willing to get meeples from other games and Carc spin-offs. After all, they are called Meeple Source... Here is their response. We have thought about it and may do that at some point. I'm not sure what pieces we would offer, and it usually takes a good amount of time to get anything produced, so it wouldn't be that soon. We are always open to suggestions though! |
