Here is a quick short-hand guide for all the options available per turn in Carcassonne with all of the official expansions realeased up to 2009. Let me know if any corrections need to be made.  Otherwise, I'd like to submit it to be available for download on the accessories page.

Under "Draw a Tile," Number 1 says "If using Abbey, then skip #4."  It should read "If using Abbey, then skip #2."
You probably just forgot to change it when making additions.
