Where can I buy Count, King and Cult?

Hi

I saw the compilation:

Carcassonne — Count, King and Cult (»Carcassonne — Graf, König und Konsorten«, 2008)

A compilation of mini-expansions:
Count of Carcassonne
King and Scout
River II
Cult


...on Wikipedia, and would like to buy it but it's not on eBay or amazon. Google isn't being my friend so any ideas where I can get hold of it without buying the Big Box 2 (I own 4/7 of that already)? I'm in the UK, and don't mind paying reasonable International postage.

Also; confusingly on Wiki, River II is included in CK&C (see above) but then further down the Wiki Carc page under the Big Box 2 bundle contents, it lists the River II seperately from CK&C, so is the River II included in the standalone CK&C or did they seperate it from CK&C for the BB2 release?

Nevermind I found it. I guess it's a German only release as I searched on eBay for "Graf, König und Konsorten" and it came up with a few, which say it comes with "Der Fluss II". Is there anything different about this release (beside the instructions being in German) from the BB2 release?

And I guess if I want 'Siege' as well I'm gonna have to get that with CS&S, so I'll end up with 2 Cults...correct?

Since Big Box 2 is technically a German release, RGG just translated it, which means it is the only way to get Graf, König und Konsorten in English. The version in BB2 is identical to the stand alone expansion so if you have one, you don't need both. The only way to get Siege is through CS&S unless you want to pay around €22 for the Cathars expansion, which is essentially (although not exactly) the same expansion. If you buy CS&S, you will get two sets of Cult tiles, but you get one additional Cult tile in the CS&S release.

ok thanks whaleyland. I think I'll get the german standalone just for the tiles and use the english CAR rules, then get CS&C and use that Cult for fan-made customs with the 2 blanks. Thanks
