Are there really Carcassonne sweets included?

Looks like all the tiles have an RRRR configuration. I wonder what exactly the rules say about placing the meeples...

Thanks Joff.  The tiles there look weird and seems to be bigger than the normal carc tiles.  I guess that's why it's for children.

The sweets are promotional items, they give them away at conventions and shows.
I got some last year and the year before in Essen, so not related to this kids variant
