Questions re: Barns and P&D and V5.0 of the CAR

1 - Should Footnote 91 of V5.0 of the CAR also prohibit moving the Fairy when a Barn is placed? Is this a case that moving the Fairy is prohibited any time you "move the wood?"

2 - In regards to placing a Volcano tile, Footnote 98 clarifies that you can deploy a Builder or a Pig to the tile. Could you instead deploy a Barn?

11.   Question: I draw and place a tile with a volcano. The Dragon must immediately be moved to the tile. The rules state that I may not deploy a follower to the tile, but may deploy a Builder or a Pig. Can I place my Barn? The reason this is asked is that on a previous FAQ (Footnote 150) the Barn is regarded as a special figure, although it could also be counted as a follower. So what is the Barn’s status when a volcano tile is laid?

Agreed. However, I would also say that moving the Dragon is a MTW action and therefore cannot be done in combination with any other MTW action (such as placing the Builder, the Pig, and also the Barn.) Unfortunately, you can now move the Dragon and then deploy either the Builder or Pig (and the question about the Barn is pending.) Additionally, you are also able to play a Tower piece following placement of a Volcano tile.
