I'm really traumatized about a single tile that comes with the Tower expansion... it is the one where there's a Monastery AND a freaking tower base!!! What the hell is that monastery for? I mean... if I place a follower on the Monastery, by the next turn anyone can destroy my follower by just placing a tower piece in that same tile! So is that monastery useless??
The only solution I can think of is that this one miserable tile is useful ONLY if you can finish the monastery in the same turn you place it (basically that there are 8 tiles surrounding an empty space).

Please help me... Any ideas about this?

I agree. This is one of those frustrating points about the Tower. There seems to be no point in occupying the cloister on this tile. It is the same with other tiles that have foundations on. Why would you want to occupy any feature (be it cloister, city, road or farm) that has foundations on the same tile!

Having said that, I like the Tower, but one must play it as part of a mega game to reap its full benefit. Smiley

Well yeah it doesnt make much sense to try and complete that cloister, unless as you say it was the completion tile.

We tend to use this tile as a good one to extend farming opportunities.
