Ok. The Red meeple on the Eastbound road would score 3 points for Red. The meeple just placed on the Southbound road would score 2 points for the player who placed the meeple. You say that Red also had a meeple on the Westbound road. If so, Red would also claim 6 points (the 'Inn on the Lake' giving 2 points per tile making up the road). As Diminuendo stated, you score
once for each tile making up a road (this also applies to cities). In this case the intersection tile can be claimed by three different players, should they occupy the roads in question, as the intersection tile forms part of each of their roads
