So...basically, we in the States can't get either of these.  (Well, the Festival if we purchase the 10th Anniversary).

I will be selling the Festival tiles separate at the end of the month. The School is prohibited, but you may have success on eBay or through HiG direct. See this post:

It will be a little bit more than the usual small box expansions, about $7.99 or so...
