Since several people have asked for this, I'll just put it here. I know some people have uploaded photos a different way so maybe they could include there methods as well.
Here is what I do...
First upload the photo to some website. I usually use facebook because they are the largest repository for pictures in the world and I doubt they'd even notice. I put mine up on the Carcassonne fan page or the CC fan page. Then right click on the photo and select properties. You'll find the URL address about half way down the box. Highlight and copy the URL (making sure you got it all). It will look something like this:
