Yes. They are from The Kids of Carcassonne.

If you're referring to the one used with the Giant expansion, then yes, but you should be aware that there are only four colors in that game... I think.

I think there might be a misunderstanding here.

Meeples basically come in four sizes:

Mini (from the Travel Edition Carcassonne)
Regular (from Carcassonne)
Large (from Carcassonne: Inns and Cathedrals expansion)
Mega (from The Kids of Carcassonne)

What Meeple People are calling a 'MegaMeeple' is what I would call a large meeple (from Carcassonne: Inns and Cathedrals expansion).

Carcassonne: The Castle
Carcassonne: The City

Also not forgetting that the mayor meeple in Carcassonne: Abbey & Mayor is also larger than the regular meeple from the base game (with fancier pants, too)....

Maybe that can be used as a stand-in for your project....
