Hey cool! Maybe we can have some discussion on The City now! I have owned it for a few weeks now and have managed to find some time to play a few games with my group. I really like it. It's quite a bit different from the normal game.

I have tried like four different times to add my location to the member map with no success? ???

All submissions have to be approved by me ... I usually log in every few days and approve all of them.  It helps keep viagra etc spammers away.  Which city was yours?

I think I tried to add mine as well, but I'm not certain ;)

I'm wondering if someone can help.  I connected to the frappr site with another computer, and clicked on "Hi! Please Add Yourself!", entered a test name, one of my real email addresses, and picked a meeple icon.  I then went back to my main computer, logged into frappr, and lo and behold there was my test name, ready to be approved.

So I noticed that there are 14 Visitors with no name ("Guest") in the Member page.

Can one or more of you who haven't already (or perhaps you wito), try sign up again?  Use a real email address if you would?  Seems a lot of people are trying to add themselves but they only show up as "Guest". I'd like to see what the problem is, thanks!

There, now I've added me. It was my paranoia that didn't let me use my standard e-mail adress. Now, if I get spam I'll forward all of it to Gantry ;)

Yes, I noticed that it seems to work better if you use a real email address, and log back in to edit your info. I haven't received any increase in spam since I've been signed up, nor have I received any "notices" or other emails from Frappr themselves.  I'd been using Frappr on another site for a couple of years without trouble, which is why I didn't hesitate to create a member map with it for us here. Although they reserve the right to email you, I have yet to see anything at all.  I'd suggest actually creating a real account if you want your info to show up, otherwise it will make your entry show up as "Guest".

hmm don't see it, no new entries pending.  Will have to look at it in a couple of days when I return from the cabin.
