What happens in this situation?

Last time we played, we almost had this situation:
- Green and red are fighting
- It is yellow's turn, and he decides to place the tilted tile

Possible outcomes:
1. Green and red get 9 points each
2. Green and red get 0 points

The rules I got with the Rio version of Cult, Siege & Creative say "/../, the player (of those two involved in the challenge) who fist completes his cult place or cloister scores 9 points as normal" (sic). I think that would mean that green and red get 0 points, but what do you think?

Green and red gets 9 points each as clarified by HiG (see question 195 of the CAR).

I am a long time Carcassonne player, who is familiar with it's evolution and thus ALL the rules from ALL the ezpansions, but I have been absent from this web site for quite awhile (other games, other priorities, etc.) -- What exactly is this "CAR" you are refering to and where can it be found?  Thanks in advance.

Duh!  It's right here on the top of the Rules Page.  I saw it as I was logging out and downloaded the latest version the next time I visited this site.  THANKS for you help, sometimes I have trouble seeing the forrest because all those trees get in the way.
