Title: Back to paradise Post by: koolkat on March 04, 2009, 07:12:17 pm Hi, guys! Perhaps nobody noticed (afterall I'm just an humble ordinary member) but I've been away for some time. That was because of some reasons:
1 - I was spending to much time with Carcassone stuff and everything else was driven to second plan. 2 - I had less buddies meetings, so playing less boardgames. 3 - My wife went on a really bad health troubletime. (thankfully overcame!) 4 - I started to try out some other games. (not forgetting Carc at all) 5 - I had less free time to spend with the game. Well, but Carc is really a game wich I really can't be too much time time away from. So I'm BACK TO this carc PARADISE, which is this forum. Two good things that I noticed on my returning was the new/restructured VARIANT/FAN-MADE/SPIN-OFF section. It was really obvious that it should be restrutured because of the growth and development of its subjects. Another pleasent surprise was that topics started by me continued to be discussed. I'm proud of it! I'll add some comments on them (and the others, of course) ASAP! All the improvements that have been made to this forum/site on Carcassonne were very usefull and well done by those who manage this site (eventhough some by suggestions made by users). So I would like to salute and congratulate all the administrators, moderators and the rest of CC staff and all its members, in general. WELL DONE! GOOD JOB! I'M PROUD TO BE MEMBER OF THIS COMMUNITY AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO ITS GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT! LONG LIVE CARCASSONNE CENTRAL!
