Title: Two questions~Abbeys & Mayors

Hello All!

Scenario 1:
 
(1) A road is contected to a cloister which is surrounded on all sides (has 8 tiles around it).  The Cloister was NEVER scored, that is no one ever had a follower on it and scored the 9 points. 
(2) A player has a wagon on the road and then completes the road.

Question: Can the wagon now be moved to the Cloister to score the 9 points?

I know the rules say the wagon can move to an "uncompletedd" feature...however the argument is that since the Cloister was never "scored" then it technically was never completed.......We need a ruling.

Scenario 2: 
(1) There are two seperate farms,  each containg a barn.
(2) The Abbey tile is placed such that if it was a regular tile, it would connect the two farms. The Abbey tile was not used to complete a road or a city.

Question: Are the farms now connected? 

I know the rules say that there is not any "city" area on the tile.

Scenario 1: No, a feature is completed when the last tile is placed (the road has two ends, the cloister is surrounded, the city is surrounded inside and outside. Unscored features can still be complete.

Scenario 2: An Abbey acts as a block to all four sides. It doesn't matter if any other tile would have connected the two farms, an Abbey blocks them. Think of the Abbey as a sort of singular city with four walls that push to the corners (with a cloister in the middle). Sorry, Abbeys are certainly not farm connectors.

Scenario 1: The same goes for cities and roads and other sorts of cult places...

Scenario 2: Think that an abbey doesn't include a field part. So...

1. The wagon can only be moved to an incomplete feature.  So it can't move to a completed cloister to score the 9 points.   It doesn't matter if the cloister was previously scored or not.

2. The Abbey doesn't connect anything.  In fact it blocks everything.  So the abbey placed in your example will separate the 2 farms.

I have 2 questions, as well:

1: An abbey is placed in a hole, which still has a couple of diagonals open. A follower is not placed in the abbey. The abbey completes a road that leads into the abbey, and that road has a wagon it. Can the wagon move into the abbey after it scores for the road? (The rules say that it doesn't connect things that it touches, which makes this example slightly confusing.)

2: When the wagon moves, where on the feature it moves to is it placed? There are numerous reasons that this may be important.

These questions have been discussed before... i'm not sure if they have been properly answered as yet!

While we are on the subject of the Abbey and Mayor expansion, in particular the wagon. Here is a question of my own (with pictured examples).

I have a wagon occupying a road.

I draw and lay a four way road tile with cloister seperating the roads.

I decide to play a farmer to this tile (don't ask "what is the point of playing the farmer", just bear with me ;) ) The placement of the tile completes the road with my wagon on.

I score the road and roll my wagon onto the incomplete cloister. The tile now has 2 followers on it. Is this legal?

Yes, it is!!!  You can't deploy a wagon to a tile that already has a follower, but the rules doesn't say anything about not being able to move it to a tile that already has a follower.

You mean, you can't deploy a wagon to a feature with a follower on it. Not a tile.

I mean what I said, a tile!  Page 52 of the CAR:
