Before we heard of Abbey and Mayor and the 6th expansion set there was talk of a new game that involved building East to West.... and then.... It was to be set in the New World (and it wasn't The Discovery). It was mentioned on some websites, but then everything went all 'Abbey and Mayor' and that was the last I saw. Anyone? Not much info there, just the wording : 'In this Carcassonne-style game, players are the brave pioneers who settled the new world. You begin laying tiles on the east coast and explore westward.' and a price stated of Your Price: $19.95, availability 2008. Well, here's hoping that in a year's time it's not still there with availability changed to 2009. Title: Re: What happened to.... ? Post by: Novelty on January 28, 2008, 06:33:32 pm Well, I'm glad they are getting A&M and K,C&C out the door first :) This new game (from the funagain description) sounds interesting, but I think it may be confusing for new players out there who have no idea that not everything with "Carcassonne" in its title can be integrated with everything else. I know I was confused when I first started buying expansions!
