Title: Final scoring - partial cities Post by: eureka_guy on December 25, 2007, 12:49:12 am When scoring cities, it's not clear to me if a tile belongs to a partial city solely because of the conitnuous border wall or if it needs to show adjacent ground within the city walls. Any ideas?
