A tile would be drawn that would split the playing area down the middle, much like the photo suggests, and the "earth quake" tile would be played in the middle. That could really change the game I think. We ended up doing away with the idea because it would simply be too difficult to try and split the board without wrecking it.

It was a while ago. We slowly lost players as the night went on, at least 6 hours i believe... Title: Re: One of our larger carc games Post by: jcardwell3rd on April 06, 2011, 12:11:27 pm If you did the eartquake idea you would prob wanna play with no river. if you had the river you would def be left with emty spaces depending on where the drawer chose to split at. It would also be interesting after a city or other feature is spit in two, stategies to regain control of a completed feature would develop. Sounds like fun, also sounds like a use for one of my creativity tiles, played like an abby tile...
