Meeples basically come in four sizes: Mini (from the Travel Edition Carcassonne) Regular (from Carcassonne) Large (from Carcassonne: Inns and Cathedrals expansion) Mega (from The Kids of Carcassonne) What Meeple People are calling a 'MegaMeeple' is what I would call a large meeple (from Carcassonne: Inns and Cathedrals expansion). Also not forgetting that the mayor meeple in Carcassonne: Abbey & Mayor is also larger than the regular meeple from the base game (with fancier pants, too).... Maybe that can be used as a stand-in for your project....
