Title: Themed rummy contest on BGG - some help required
Post by: Joff on September 30, 2009, 11:49:33 am
I have entered a couple of games on BGG's Themed Rummy Contest (http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/438467 (http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/438467)) and could do with some of you guys' expert help in proof reading, checking to see if it makes sense, ambiguities, etc.

If any of you have the time and would like to help me with this, it will be very much appreciated. Cheers.

The first game I would like checking is Inspector Moss Investigates: http://www.john-warren.co.uk/acaciagames/moss/InspectorMoss.pdf (http://www.john-warren.co.uk/acaciagames/moss/InspectorMoss.pdf)

Well, Inspector Moss Investigates was/is, being honest, not a very good game! There were/are far too many rules and complications that need ironing out, and the goal of the game need looking at, so I wouldn't recommend it in its current state.

That said, my second entry, The Gaston Game, won 3rd place and was picked up by a publisher. I'm expecting it out at some point this year (Essen?), but I have no control over the release schedule.
