My thesis is kind of getting in the way of producing those two since they will take a little more work (Seafarers because I want to integrate the 3rd edition rules into the document, T&B because I want to integrate the combination documents from Catan.com). The Settlers CARA and Cities & Knights CARA are files currently on their respective pages on BoardGameGeek. There is no Catan Big Box, although there should be one since they have four official expansions now + accompanying 5-6 player expansions.
There is also no CatanCentral or the equivalent, although I have various World of Catan beta wiki sites up that I was originally planning to turn into something similar. In fact, I even grabbed the SimpleMachines Forum engine and installed it at Whaleyland.com only to have it fail because my free GoDaddy hosting account won't support it. Obviously I need to get something more official for that, but that costs money which I don't have at the moment. In other words, no Catan Big Box and no CatanCentral, but both have been envisioned already. I'd love to get a forum up and running for an English Catan fan site for hosting new expansions, but I personally can't work on that until October at earliest as it would just take too much time.
